The official opening of the exhibition “Petr Konchalovsky: The Evolution of the Russian Avant-garde” took place at the Tretyakov Gallery on 15th of September, 2010. Several hours before the exhibition was presented to its honoured guests: Ann Dumas (Curator at the Royal Academy of Arts, London), Denis Coutagne (Curator in Chief of the French Museums), Nicholas Cullinan (Curator of the 20th Century at Tate Modern Gallery, London).
